By using the 100 Acre farm website for the purchase of our goods and services you agree to accept our Terms and Conditions of use.

Payment Terms
Payment is can be prior to delivery or upon delivery. If payment is not received, your order may be cancelled.
Our secure payment options are:

Direct debit
Order Cancellations (for Non Subscription orders)

A cancellation fee of $50 Deposit applies for orders cancelled after the order cut off time.

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refund of your order.
Delivery, Handling Charges and Taxes

For deliveries in the Melbourne south East area there is a delivery charge of $10 (inc GST).
Delivery Conditions

To purchase products from 100 Acre Farm, the delivery address which you nominate will need to be within a suburb where 100 Acre Farm provides delivery services. Orders for delivery to addresses in suburbs that are not in the delivery area will not be processed.

Delivery times and arrival of your order will depend on your area and day. You will be notified of your estimated delivery time via email when you make your first order. Your delivery day and time is subject to change.

We do not deliver on Public Holidays and an alternative delivery day will be provided.

You must make all appropriate arrangements to assist and allow us to deliver your order, including obtaining any prior security, or other approvals which may apply to your delivery location.

In the event of delivery delays beyond our reasonable control, we will endeavour to provide you with notice of the delay as soon as reasonably possible. We will not be liable to you or any other person for any such delay.
Unattended Deliveries
100 Acre Farm cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen damage or theft to your order when left in the designated area as specified by you. We recommend that your delivery is brought inside and stored correctly as soon as possible
Credits, Refunds & Substitutions Policy

100 Acre Farm aims for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a product or our service we will exchange or credit the value of the item. Please notify us within 48 hours from time of delivery as we may not refund after this time has passed.

Our produce and products are subject to availability and we do not always know if a product is, or will be available for delivery at the time of accepting an order. If we are unable to deliver an item you have ordered we may offer a reasonable substitute.

If we are unable to offer a reasonable substitute of a product already purchased by you, a credit to your account will be applied, or you will be refunded. Please allow 5 working days for refunds to be processed.
Refrigerated Products

100 Acre Farm provides refrigerated items, which at the time of delivery will be at a temperature in accordance with Food Health and Safety standards.

If you are not home at the time of delivery it is highly recommended that customers provide a cooler bag along with cooler gel packs or ice sheets.

Upon delivery, if the customer is not home, refrigerated products will be left together with the total order AT THE CUSTOMERS RISK

100 Acre Farm DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for spoiled refrigerated products.
